Emergency Dental Care

Dental emergencies can happen any time. Our dentists can treat a wide range of emergencies including:

Loose Teeth

While it’s expected for children, adults should never have loose teeth. Whether your loose tooth is caused by a recent injury or gum disease, you should visit our office right away so that we can attempt to save it.

Swelling

There are a number of reasons for a swollen mouth. Regardless of the cause, it’s important to contact our office immediately so we can determine its source and the best way to treat it.

Jaw Pain

Pain in your jaw could be related to temporomandibular joint disorder. TMJ disorder occurs when the jaw becomes misaligned, whether by trauma or a pre-existing condition. This should be checked as soon as possible.

Severe Mouth or Tooth Pain

If you experience discomfort or pain in your mouth, it’s important to seek help quickly and not just try to endure it. Tooth pain could be a sign of an abscessed tooth, which needs to be extracted immediately.

Most dental emergencies only worsen over time and many can lead to infection, cracked/fractured teeth, and even more pain. Acting quickly will save you time, money, and future discomfort, and it gives us more treatment options.

If you are suffering from a dental emergency, contact our office to schedule a walk-in appointment.
